Transporting your kitchen equipment is no mean feat. You need to be able to move your necessities safely and comfortably, without unnecessary effort. It's made from black polyester, a sturdy material that stands up to the test of time. It's thick enough to guarantee tenfold safety, but still light enough to avoid the backache that an oversized container can cause.

It has 9 slots, each 13cm long, into which you can insert the handles of your knives or utensils. These slots are closed by a small elastic band to secure the material. Wide and long, you can easily slide in knives, marys, spatulas and more, with the assurance that nothing will move.

A Velcro fastener on top of the 9 slots consolidates the position of even the longest knives and utensils. Simply slide it over the blade of your Wusaki chef's knife, for example, to ensure that the blade is securely clamped and nothing moves during transport.

Once the Velcro is in place, you can fold down the polyester flap to ensure maximum protection for all your equipment. It's completely covered, so you don't come into direct contact with the blades when you open the case (a good idea for your fingers). The flap is ingeniously designed, with 2 additional storage pockets integrated into its structure. You can insert, for example, an apron, a phone charger, a small notebook... It's very practical for additional items!

It closes with 2 adjustable clips, like a satchel. Its handle allows you to take it by hand, or you can use the removable shoulder strap to carry it over the shoulder to free up both arms. The shoulder strap is also adjustable to suit your size, and features a silicone shoulder pad to protect your shoulder.
