This set includes 3 essential pieces for cutting and serving cheese: a cleaver, a two-pronged knife and a serving fork.

With its high blade, the cleaver is particularly suitable for cutting larger pieces of cheese such as Emmental, Comté or Tomme.

The cheese knife, on the other hand, is ideal for smaller pieces of cheese, such as brie or goat's cheese log. The tip of the blade has two prongs, perfect for serving the cheese piece you've just cut.

Both knives are smooth-edged, and their edge ensures a razor-sharp cut through the cheese. Slices are clean and effortlessly cut. The edge grinding is finely and precisely executed, which is what gives these knives their sharpness. Day-to-day maintenance is easy with a Sharpening steel.

A fork completes the cheese set. Its two long tines hold the large pieces of cheese as they are cut with the cleaver, then allow them to be served while maintaining impeccable hygiene.

The blades of all three elements are made of corrosion-resistant, robust X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. The presence of chromium in its composition accentuates its anti-corrosion aspect, while molybdenum and vanadium ensure its solidity and limited wear.

The three-piece handle is made from elegant exotic wood with its distinctive grain and brown color. The shape of the handles is typical of Laguiole knives, ensuring an excellent grip. Handcrafted in France, a Laguiole bee is featured on the top of each piece in the set.

The handles are attached to the blades by two stainless steel rivets, ensuring sturdiness and safe use.
