Description
The set of 2 silicone egg poachers makes poached eggs every time!
Both egg poachers are made entirely of silicone, a material that withstands heat up to 350 degrees.
Using them couldn't be simpler:
Lightly grease the inside of the pouch, break a very fresh egg (for best results) inside the pouch. Bring at least 1 liter of water to the boil in a saucepan fitted with a lid, and place the pouch gently on top of the boiling water. Reduce the heat to half, then place the lid on and leave for 4 to 6 minutes, depending on the desired result. Finally, remove the pouch from the water and use a silicone spatula to remove the poached egg.
The set is microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher safe.
