De Buyer Mineral B Element round iron frying pan 28cm

De Buyer is a French company that has been in business since 1830. It specializes in kitchen and pastry utensils for professional chefs and passionate amateurs alike. All De Buyer pans are made in France using a unique production process, guaranteeing the highest quality.

Made entirely of iron (a 100% natural mineral material), the 28cm round frying pan is guaranteed to contain no added chemicals or coatings. Its protective finish with organic beeswax provides antioxidant protection.

This high-temperature frying pan quickly seizes food on the surface, caramelizing the natural juices to give it a great taste. The crust that forms will prevent moisture from evaporating, leaving food golden and crispy on the outside and soft and melting on the inside. So you can sear, grill and brown!

It's important to know that the more you use it, the darker it will become. This perfectly normal development is called culotte: it will enable you to cook to a higher quality, and its non-stick properties will be increased tenfold.

A maintenance guide is supplied, and specific instructions must be followed before first use. The pan is not dishwasher-safe.

This frying pan will give you optimum cooking results, while protecting your food and your health.
