Description

This 24cm sauce strainer (also known as a "chinois" in culinary vocabulary) is a must-have accessory when you want to process juices with precision!

With it, you can filter your sauces to retain only the most exquisite flavors, without waste!

The flexible stainless steel mesh system (35, i.e. 1.2mm) is perfect for retaining elements that don't belong in your juices, such as shrimp parts (eye, antenna...) if you want to make a nice, creamy bisque. In fact, all the little elements you don't want will be trapped in this flexible mesh, so you can enjoy only the nectar of your juices. The result is concentrated, homogeneous liquids.

Its long handle and small side hook make it easy to use: you can place it on a saucepan or other container, and get your juices flowing slowly and efficiently.

Practical and ergonomic, it is also extremely hygienic thanks to its sturdy stainless steel construction.

This useful utensil will be perfect for professionals, but also for private individuals who want to present plates that are sure to be a success!
