Since 1887, the French brand Gobel has been providing you with professional-quality pastry moulds and Utensils for all your culinary preparations.

This large-rib brioche mold is made of steel coated with a 0.5mm ceramic-reinforced two-layer non-stick coating for strength and durability.

Easy to use and functional, it can withstand a maximum oven temperature of 250°C, ensuring soft, tender brioches on the inside and golden brown on the outside.

Thanks to its non-stick coating, your preparations can be easily removed from the mould without the addition of fat, for impeccable results.

This quality brioche mould is not dishwasher-safe. To preserve all its qualities, we recommend washing it with a dishwashing liquid, without using an abrasive sponge, and drying it thoroughly.
