Gobel non-stick removable cake or pâté mould

The Gobel removable cake and pâté mould is your new ally in the kitchen! Thanks to its versatility, you can make homemade pies, meat , fish and vegetable terrines, as well as sweet recipes such as brioches and cakes.

This mold is made of steel and coated with a reinforced two-layer non-stick coating: sturdiness and durability guaranteed!

This non-stick coating offers a number of advantages, such as easy, efficient removal from the mold without prior greasing. What's more, as the mold can be disassembled, demolding is even easier! It's also guaranteed PFOA-free, for even healthier cooking.

Finally, it can withstand oven temperatures of up to 250°C.

Care instructions: the mould should be washed by hand with washing-up liquid, without abrasive sponges. Do not use the dishwasher, bain-marie or freezer.
