Kouglof, or originally Kougelhopf, is an Alsatian speciality. This raisin-filled brioche was traditionally served during the festive season! Nowadays, Kouglof can be eaten during the festive season or in everyday life: breakfast, afternoon tea, dessert for the sweet version, and as an aperitif or during brunch for the savoury version, which can be garnished with walnuts and bacon, for example.

Made from steel, this mold features a two-layer non-stick coating. Gobel's non-stick coating is recognized for its effectiveness and longevity. The two-coat system ensures better release than a single-coat system, as well as greater strength and durability. You're sure to be equipped with a solid, long-lasting utensil.

What's more, steel is known for its excellent thermal conductivity, enabling even baking of your preparations up to 250°C, the maximum temperature supported by the mold.
