Tinplate is a very robust and healthy material that respects the environment, since it can be recycled ad infinitum! It's also an excellent conductor of heat, so your madeleines bake quickly and evenly: they'll be golden brown and ultra soft inside.

It's important to grease the mold well before use, so that you can unmold them easily once they're done baking.

Care instructions: wash the mold by hand with washing-up liquid (do not use abrasive sponges), then dry thoroughly.
