This KAI knife rack is the ideal tool for storing your favorite knives and keeping them close at hand at all times!

Oak is the guarantee of tenfold strength and longevity, having itself been oiled to ensure the utmost protection and finish.

Up to 5 knives can be placed in the block, which has been specially designed to accommodate Japanese knives of various sizes (from paring to chef, the widths having been adapted to the height of the blades), up to 25cm. Notch lengths are as follows: 2.5cm; 3.4cm, 4.3cm, 5.2cm, 6.1cm (width approx. 0.6cm).
