Wusaki walnut wood cutting board with gutter - 40 x 30 x 1.9 cm

The Wusaki cutting board is made from Slovenian walnut wood. This wood is heavy and dense, and considered resistant. In fact, it has little fear of humidity and does not warp easily. Its deep tones make it very attractive. That's why it's often used in the design of kitchen Utensils.

Your board is equipped with a front gutter to collect juices when you cut up a leg of lamb or a roast, for example. This prevents the juices from running onto your work surface, and also enables you to store them for making sauces later on.

The brand logo has been laser-engraved directly onto the cutting surface, for added authenticity. What's more, the board features rounded edges to prevent injury.

With its interesting dimensions, the board is useful for cutting small foods as well as large pieces (vegetables, meat...).

For maintenance, we recommend washing the board in lukewarm water, without soaking it in advance. Use a soft sponge and mild detergent, then wipe clean before air-drying completely to avoid leaving it damp.
