This Fischer Bargoinsharpener is perfect for regular maintenance of your kitchen knives. It features 3 slots, each with a specific abrasive surface:
-1st diamond slot: this is the first step, for sharpening slightly damaged knives. It is recommended for knives whose edge needs to be slightly straightened. This is the step that will remove the most material from the blade.
-2nd tungsten slot: for a more substantial finish, to clean the blade after the first sharpening.
3rd ceramic slot: this is the finishing step, giving your blades a razor-sharp edge!
This little sharpener gives a complete sharpening and a clean finish to all your kitchen knives. If your knife is not too blunt, you can occasionally run it through slots 2 and 3 only.
The non-slip handle is pleasant to hold, and ensures safe, stable use. Handy and efficient.
