Michel Bras is a renowned chef in France, thanks in particular to his three-starred restaurant, but also in Japan, where his "creative" cuisine has been exported to a prestigious restaurant on the island of Hokkaido. The collaboration between Michel Bras and the Japanese manufacturer Kai was therefore a natural one: the aim being to design reliable and efficient utensils for both professional and domestic use.
