De Buyernon-stick removable Springform pan

This hinged De Buyermould is multifunctional and will help you in all your creations!

With a diameter of 26cm, this mould comes with 2 removable bottoms so you can make all kinds of pastries! The flat base is perfect for entremets or chocolate fondants, while the savarin base is ideal for rum babas and crown cakes.

The savarin base is fitted with honeycombs so that, once the cake has been turned over, whipped cream or any type of filling can be applied without falling out. What's more, with its 7cm height, the mold is perfect for tall cakes such as cheesecakes or strawberries.

The mold is made of steel, which allows the juices to caramelize as they rise to high temperatures: heat distribution and baking are even, so that your cakes are as golden and fluffy as you wish. The mold is ideal for oven baking up to +220°C, and will not warp.

The steel is protected against oxidation by a PTFE coating. This coating is also practical as it makes the mold non-stick. Combined with the hinges, the coating makes it easy to remove your cakes from the mold. However, be sure to grease the mold well before each use to avoid unpleasant surprises when unmolding.

Your mold should not be placed in a microwave oven or dishwasher. It should be cleaned by hand with a non-abrasive sponge, and metal or sharp objects should not be used in your mold.
