Atelier Perceval table knives

Atelier Perceval is an exceptional cutlery workshop based in Thiers, France's historic knife capital. Atelier Perceval was originally created by Eric Perceval in the 90s, then bought by Parisian Michelin-starred chef Yves Charles. Initially a customer, Yves Charles was seduced by the know-how and tradition perpetuated in this town and its workshops. Yves Charles wanted to offer table knives as effective as the "closing" knives Perceval was designing at the time. ThePerceval workshop has inherited the ancestral know-how of the town of Thiers, a symbol of French cutlery since the Middle Ages.
