This 3 Claveles Forged paring knife features a 10cm stainless steel blade. This alloy is ideal for ensuring long knife life. With this little knife, you can cut all kinds of vegetables, such as zucchinis, tomatoes and fruit.
The blade is made of stainless steel enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. This steel is particularly resistant to corrosion and external attack. The knife can therefore be used freely in professional kitchens. The blade is easily sharpened on a daily basis using a simple Sharpening steel.
The blade is forged, meaning that it is not molded, but sculpted from a single piece of steel. This makes the knife heavier in the hand and more robust, a guarantee of quality. The blade is called full tang because it passes through the handle, and 3 rivets join it all together. The stainless steel bolster links the handle to the blade.
The POM handle ispolished for a comfortable grip. This material is particularly resistant to temperature variations and humidity.
This knife is dishwasher-safe, so you'll save a lot of cleaning time! (We do, however, recommend hand-washing to avoid damaging the cutting edge). Its sober design will appeal to all cooks! You can use it in professional kitchens or at home.
