Description

Bargoin has developed a range of Creative Chef knives to meet the needs of professionals in terms of hygiene. All knives are manufactured in compliance with the HACCP method.

The paring knife is very useful in the kitchen for working your fruit and vegetables up close. Its sharp 8cm blade enables you to make many clever cuts (for example, removing the core from an apple or hulling a strawberry).

The blade is made from Nitrocut NCV50® stainless steel, enriched with molybdenum and nitrogen. This makes it more resistant to shock and corrosion, which is a real asset in the kitchen. What's more, it's stronger than standard steels, and its sharpness holds up over time.

The handle is made of polypropylene. Overmolded, it is sturdier and softer to the touch. Another advantage of this handle is that its ergonomic shape adapts to different hand shapes and sizes, perfect for working over long periods without feeling too tired.

Its blue coloring allows you to differentiate it from your colleagues' equipment, but also to assign it a precise function to avoid cross-contamination.

Last but not least, all you have to do is clean it by hand or put it through the dishwasher!

Don't wait any longer to discover the full range of Creative Chef knives on KnifeLeader!

A good little knife. TO SHARPEN
language rating 6
A paring knife with a good grip - better than the entry-level knives from Victorinox, for example - and made in France. Warning: it's not sharpened at all out of the box, so it can't be used as is. I've given it a decent score, though, because I'm used to sharpening my knives, and now that I've done it, I've got a small, efficient and inexpensive knife. If you don't sharpen, but simply straighten the edge, on a rifle for example, don't bother.
Relatively thick blade

The blade of this knife is relatively thick. This gives it great rigidity (great for peeling oranges, for example), but is not the most effective for penetrating and cutting food.

Cuts well for a small knife

No surprises with a very good brand, aesthetics, flexibility of use, irreproachable cutting edge, quality materials. I highly recommend the product, not to mention the site with very attractive prices and fast delivery. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
