This toasting tin is ideal for making bread for your aperitifs!

It's made from stainless steel, a material renowned for its strength and durability. In fact, it's widely used in professional kitchens.

The mold consists of two hinged parts that form a cylinder when closed. They close with a brass rod that locks the utensil in place so that it cannot open during cooking.

As a result, the dough takes on the perfect shape of the mold, producing a perfectly round loaf measuring 7cm in diameter and 30cm in length.

Compatible with all oven types, it can withstand baking up to +230°C.
