The Fibermax bread pan with baking mesh for your bread and baguettes!
This bread baking sheet features a frame and a baking mesh. The frame is made of stainless steel for greater strength and durability. The baking mesh is made of fiberglass with a silicone-coated surface. This flexible mesh is also removable and interchangeable.
Removing the bread from the pan is made easier thanks to the mesh’s flexibility and the silicone coating, which prevents the bread from sticking to the mesh.
It is suitable for baking fresh or frozen bread in a convection oven.
The baking sheet measures 40 x 60 cm, the standard size used in professional settings. It is therefore perfectly suited for commercial-scale baking and professional ovens.
It is available in two different models: one for 4 loaves and one for 5 baguettes.
