Let's talk about knives:

These beautiful knives offer you quality tools made in France, combining style and efficiency. Whether you're a professional or an enlightened amateur, you'll love every Edonist knife!

The blade of each Edonist knife is made of stainless steel, ensuring high resistance to corrosion. The blade is fully forged, i.e. it is fashionedfroma single piece of steel (to avoid welding and gluing points that could weaken it). Made by hot stamping (1100°C), the blade is therefore of superior finesse and strength. The alloy itself is interesting (produced by Ugitech in France, an international benchmark in the production of steel and alloys): X50CrMoV15 is a steel widely used by cutlers, but the steel used in Edonist knives has an added advantage thanks to the addition of nitrogen, which enhances the blade's anti-corrosion properties.

Hand-polished, each blade has an exemplary finish. This makes each piece unique.

The handles, meanwhile, are made of tough, durable black ABS for a comfortable grip. The handle is embellished with two elegant rivets to hold the various parts together more securely.

The bag:

Its large capacity means you can carry all your gear in it, so you don't have to carry several bags and Bag, which isn't necessarily practical if you're taking public transport! In fact, the bag has around 32 places, arranged on 3 removable trays.

How are my storage spaces arranged?

Inside left :

The main compartments of the bag open with zippers. On the left-hand side, you'll find a removable storage plate that can be clipped to the bag and contains 8 storage spaces (some are smaller than others, which is handy for small accessories like the bridle needle). A small flap with clip fasteners covers knife blades, or the top of your Utensils.

The maximum blade length you can insert (assuming the handle stops at the elastic band) is 27cm.

This is where you can put your kitchen knives, your meat fork, your binder needle...

Right inner part :

The right side of the bag has two removable plates, one of which can be attached directly to the backpack.

Both plates are identical, and feature elastic storage on the front of their surface. 12 elastic bands are arranged across its width (2x6, as one row of 6 faces another row of 6), allowing you to arrange either 6 large pieces (held at both ends), or 12 small pieces (each held in an elastic band).

The width of the rubber bands is approx. 4.5 cm, and the surface area of a plate is approx. 27 x 41.5 cm.

This is where you store your Utensils!

As all the plates in the bag are removable, they are easy to clean. Simply unclip them, empty them of their Utensils, and wipe them down with a sponge to remove any marks.

Front panel :

The front of the bag features a small zippered pocket at the top, where you can store your papers, a small coin purse, etc.

Another front pocket can be accessed by unclipping a clip. It opens via two side zippers and itself contains several storage spaces: a long zipped pocket, a space that can be closed with a Velcro fastener (for a smartphone, for example) and a space for 3 pens.

Behind this storage space, two new accordion compartments are revealed, where you can put, for example: recipe books, technical data sheets, a small laptop, a tablet, a kitchen apron...

A further pocket is available behind these slots. You access it by opening a zipper. You can put in other recipe books, a spare tee shirt, files... Its large capacity means you'll be right at home!

Finally, its ergonomic shape (like a schoolboy's backpack) distributes the weight of your equipment evenly over both shoulders, leaving your arms and hands free. This way, you don't have the full weight of the container tilting you to one side (as would be the case with a Bag, for example, which also takes up your hand).

It has two reinforced, adjustable shoulder straps that are comfortable to wear. Finally, a small handle on the front allows you to hold it in your hand if you wish.
