This Alla France oven thermometer is a handy little utensil for measuring the temperature of your meats as they cook in the oven.

It features a 15cm stainless steel probe (4mm diameter) and a 100cm flexible cable. The probe is perfect for taking the temperature of your meats, as its thinness means you can insert it inside the meat without damaging the pieces. This allows you to take the core temperature, for ideal cooking!

The appliance can also be tilted, allowing you to place it on a flat surface in complete balance. Its magnetic back allows you to hang it on metal surfaces.

It can measure temperature variations from 0 to +300°C, and this is displayed on the digital screen for easy reading. You can also display the temperature in °C or °F (this function is set on the back of the thermometer). Accuracy is -+1°C from -0 to +150°C, and -+3°C for the rest of the measurement range.

The thermometer features several practical functions:

-TIMER: up to 23 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds. The alarm sounds when the time is up.

-CLOCK: you can see exactly what time it is, so you can control cooking steps.

-ALARM: in addition to complementing the TIMER function, it can also sound when you reach the maximum temperature set in advance.

Instructions for setting all these functions are included in the package. A AAA battery is included for immediate operation.
