Description
This Alla France waterproof baker's thermometer features a 13.5cm stainless steel probe (diameter 2.5mm).
The device measures temperature variations from -50°C to +300°C, and the latter is displayed on the digital screen for easy reading. You can also display the minimum and maximum temperatures using one of the device's buttons. These two temperature extremes are reset each time the thermometer is switched off.
You can display the temperature in °C or °F (to do this, hold down the button on the front of the unit for 3 seconds). Accuracy is -+1°C from -20 to +100°C, and -+2.5°C for the rest of the measurement range.
The device also features a "HOLD" button on the front of the case, enabling you to lock the temperature display.
The thermometer comes with a protective cap that fits over the probe once you've finished using it.
