Waterproof digital probe thermometer -50 +200°C Alla France

This Alla France waterproof thermometer features a 12cm stainless steel probe (2.5mm diameter). It's perfect for taking the temperature of your meats, as its slimness means you can insert it inside the meat to take the core temperature.

It can measure temperature variations from -50°C to +200°C, and this is displayed on the digital screen for easy reading. You can also display the temperature in °C or °F (this function is set on the back of the thermometer; simply click on the index you wish to display). Accuracy is -+1°C from -20 to +120°C, and -+2°C for the rest of the range.

The device also features a "HOLD" button on the front of the case, which lets you lock the temperature display. When this is the case, the index flashes on the display, and you simply press the button again to unlock the display.

The thermometer has a protective cap that fits over the probe once you've finished using it. This cap has a small clip on the side, so you can hang it up like a pen cap.

So you can cook all your meats to perfection, to bring out all their flavors!
