Description

This Alla France rotating probe thermometer features a 12.5cm stainless steel piercing probe (diameter 3.5mm). It's perfect for taking the temperature of your meats, as its slimness allows you to insert it inside the meat without damaging the various pieces. This allows you to take the core temperature, for optimal cooking results. The probe can be rotated through 180° for greater functionality.

It can measure temperature variations from -50°C to +300°C, and this is displayed on the digital screen for quick and easy reading. You can also display the temperature in °C or °F (this function is set on the front of the thermometer by means of a small knob). Accuracy is -+1°C from -0 to +100°C, and -+2°C for the rest of the possible measurements.

You can display maximum and minimum temperatures using the MAX/MIN button. You can also hold the displayed temperature using the HOLD function on the side of the device.

Instructions are included in the package, and the device comes with a AAA battery for immediate operation.
