This Japanese polishing paste is perfect for maintaining all your knives!
This 140ml burrette will fight and protect your blades against oxidation marks that dull them, even leading to rust.
Simply apply it with a soft cloth, and you'll see its beneficial effects on your favorite blades. Once penetration is complete, use a dry cloth for shine. This will protect them against oxidation and keep their shine for a very long time.
It's the perfect complement to the chamois cloth, which will polish your blades to perfection!

I was able to use this polishing paste to remove a small trace of rust I had on the blade of an old European kitchen knife.
I hope I'll never need it for my Japanese knives, as I take the utmost care of them, but if that should happen I'm equipped.
