Matfer embossed aluminum baguette pan

The Matfer baguette baking sheet is a must-have tool for bakers!

This baguette pan is made of embossed aluminum, an alloy that is specifically designed to prevent any oxidation issues. Aluminum is also known for its excellent thermal conductivity, ensuring fast and even baking. 

The exterior of the pan is black-lacquered to improve heat absorption and thus optimize baking. The baguettes turn out beautifully golden, and the crust’s appearance is enhanced. It requires no special maintenance, just a light, regular greasing.

This baking sheet is designed for use in a pastry oven and can be safely used in controlled proofing chambers and negative-temperature cold rooms. It is resistant to cold, heat up to +250°C, humidity, fermentation, yeast, and salt.

Another advantage is that the tray is very easy to store; if you have several of them, they can be stacked on top of one another.
