De BuyerElastomoule 20 or 28 cavities silicone mini Bordeaux fluted mould

The De BuyerElastomoule silicone foam mould lets you make delicious mini cannelés from Bordeaux quickly and easily!

De Buyermakes life easier with its range of Elastomoule cake molds. As with the other models in the range, the mold for mini cannelés is made from top-of-the-range silicone foam. It contains micro-bubbles of air that help distribute heat evenly throughout the mold. During baking, the juices caramelize, giving your cannelés a beautiful color on the outside: they're crisp and melt-in-the-mouth on the inside, a delight! The result is similar to traditional baking in a copper pan.

Silicone foam also contains metal powder, making the mold resistant to temperatures ranging from -70°C to +300°C. You can therefore place your mold in a traditional oven or bain-marie, or freeze your preparation. The metal also conducts heat even better.

The inside of the moulds is smooth and naturally non-stick. Demolding your bites is easy and you won't risk damaging them. Before using your mold for the first time, we recommend that you grease it to reinforce the non-stick properties. Be careful not to use sharp objects in your mold.

The mold is available in 2 formats:

- 20 mini cannelés: impression size: 3.5 x 3.3 cm; mold size: 21 x 17.6 cm; weight: 220g

- 28 mini cannelés: impression size: 3.5 x 3.5 cm; mould size: 30 x 17.6 cm; weight: 310g

We recommend washing your mold by hand, even if it is dishwasher-safe. A recipe sheet prepared by 7 MOF and/or world pastry champions is included.
