Description

A stylish Kiritsuke knife for your kitchen

The kiritsuke is a versatile Japanese knife inspired by both the gyuto (chef's knife) and the nakiri (vegetable knife). It's ideal for slicing and chopping meat, fish and vegetables, finely chopping herbs and spices or preparing sushi and sashimi.

This Kutoyama knife features a 4Cr13Mov stainless steel blade, an alloy containing vanadium and molybdenum. This steel has a hardness of 56HRC on the Rockwell scale.

The stainless steel blade features a damascened and polished finish for a mirror-like effect.

Comfortable resin handle with flame effect

The knife is equipped with a durable and resistant resin handle. The red-brown handle features shades reminiscent of flames. It also features a stainless steel Bolster and base.

The oval-shaped handle is suitable for both left- and right-handed users, offering a comfortable grip even during prolonged use.

Made in China, this knife comes in a box for optimum protection, making it an interesting gift option.

To care for this knife, we recommend hand-washing only, and drying immediately afterwards. It should not be put in the dishwasher or left to soak in the sink.
