Matfer Exoglass® professional French fry scoop

The Matfer French fry scoop is perfect for professional caterers. Made from Exoglass®, its technical qualities are highly appreciated in the kitchen.

First and foremost, this material is ultra-resistant to high temperatures of up to 220°C. Solid, it does not deform on contact with hot food (such as freshly-cooked French fries).

It is also rot-proof, a highly appreciated feature for a utensil of this type. It does not degrade even over time, and is easy to clean in the dishwasher. What's more, it can be sterilized to eliminate as many bacteria as possible from its surface.

Its 13.5 x 10cm pallet features flaps on 2 sides, to trap French fries inside. The paddle is perforated to allow excess salt or oil to pass through. It allows you to serve calibrated portions of fries with ease in a single gesture.
