This meat knife features a 20cm blade that's perfect for carving cooked cuts of meat. Its smooth cutting edge ensures a clean cut without breaking or crushing meat fibers.
The blade is made of stainless steel, a material renowned for its resistance to corrosion, shock and strength. What's more, stainless steel is easy to clean, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene for your knife.
In fact, we recommend washing the knife blade by hand, taking care not to get the handle wet. Use a non-abrasive sponge and mild soap for this, then dry the blade well to avoid streaking.
The knife's long 27cm handle is ideal for cutting large pieces of barbecued meat. Imagine a burning leg of lamb that needs to be cut up quickly to prevent it from cooling and losing all its flavour: thanks to the knife, you can easily carve the meat while remaining at a safe distance from the heat.
The handle is made of beech, a lightweight wood renowned for its strength. This durable wood is also moisture-resistant, making it perfect for designing kitchen Utensils and knives. It's a light-colored wood that can sometimes be highlighted with a slightly darker grain, giving it character.
Two brass rivets securely fasten the handle to the tang of the knife, giving you a sure grip. A leather lace is also visible at the end of the handle. This allows you to attach the knife to your barbecue table, so that it's always close at hand.
You can occasionally apply a little colorless vegetable oil to the handle to preserve its shine and nourish it.
