The thermometer's body is made of glass, surrounded by a stainless steel sheath. This material resists shock and corrosion, and also prevents bacterial proliferation. What's more, it can be sterilized at 100°C, allowing you to remove all sources of bacteria. Perfectly suited to professional use!

The thermometer is powered by red alcohol, making it easy to read the displayed temperature. You can measure temperatures from -10°C to +120°C, so it's highly resistant to temperature variations. This thermometer is designed for partial immersion, so all you need to do is submerge it to a depth of 7cm.
