Knife features

Supra kitchen knives feature blades made from Nitro-B stainless steel, an alloy enriched with 0.1% nitrogen to provide a higher level of hardness, equivalent to that of a knife with a high carbon content. Hardness is 57 HRC, ensuring an efficient, long-lasting cutting edge that's easy to sharpen. The blades are laser-sharpened, ensuring a clean edge for fast, easy cutting.

The handles are made of TPE SEBS, a synthetic material known for its high thermal resistance. This material is widely used to design professional knife handles, as it is also non-slip, guaranteeing excellent grip.

The guard and heel of the handles are preformed to facilitate the positioning of your hand, always with the aim of offering you the greatest possible comfort.

The knives are NSF tested and certified to meet the requirements of professional kitchens. What's more, the knives can be sterilized to guarantee optimum hygiene.

A functional, robust case

Knives and utensils are presented inAmbrogio Sanelli's Caravel Compact case. This case is made from 100% recycled plastic, in line with the Italian company's ecological approach. This ensures a lightweight, yet dust-, water- and shock-resistant case.

It contains 2 foam pads pre-cut to the shape of your knives and utensils. Including the foam included in the case lid, your equipment is perfectly protected and held in place. What's more, you can modulate the foam to store your belongings as you wish.

The case measures 572 x 425 x 144 mm, so you can carry and store all your gear. An ergonomic handle makes it easy to move around.

It also features an automatic pressurization valve and two spring-loaded clips for hermetic closure. So there's no risk of the case opening inadvertently. You can even add a padlock for added security, and to prevent theft of your equipment.

This case and its knives are entirely made in Italy by Ambrogio Sanelli, a family business founded in 1864 and specialized in equipment for professionals.
