Description
When it comes to baking your bread, choose the Matfer baguette griddle!
It's made from embossed aluminum, an alloy that prevents oxidation. The exterior is black lacquered for better heat absorption and optimized baking.
What's more, aluminum is a material that conducts heat very well, enabling fast, even cooking. The griddle itself requires no particular maintenance, although it should be lightly greased regularly.
The plate is suitable for baking in a pastry oven, and can be used in controlled blast chambers or negative-pressure cold rooms. It is resistant to cold, heat (up to +250°C), humidity, fermentation, yeast and salt.
It measures 60 x 43 cm and contains 8 slots for baking 8 strings at the same time.
