The empty case has 9 slots specially designed to hold your knives and kitchen utensils. Each is 13cm long and separated from the others by a strong seam. The ends of the slots are elasticated to hold the handles of your knives and utensils securely in place. In addition to your santoku knife or paring knife, the slots are ideal for your spatula or kitchen tongs.

A large Velcro fastener is located just above the slots to hold each knife or utensil in place and prevent them from moving. The Velcro is powerful enough to ensure secure storage, especially for longer utensils. In fact, the maximum knife blade length you can store in the kit is 29cm.

A large flap completes the kit once the Velcro fastening has been applied. Safety is at the heart of this kit, so you can be sure that nothing will move or fall out during transport. The flap completely covers the knives and utensils. This also prevents you from injuring yourself when opening the case, as your fingers don't come into direct contact with the blades. 2 additional pockets are located inside the flap. They are ideal for carrying your recipe cards, apron or notepad.

The pencil case is made from thick polyester, a fabric renowned for its high resistance and sturdiness. Polyester also dries quickly, which is handy if you get the case dirty. Simply wipe clean with a sponge, and you're ready to go.

A shoulder strap lets you carry the case on your shoulder, freeing up your hands. The shoulder strap is adjustable to suit your body shape. It can also be removed if you prefer to carry it by hand. A handle is available for this purpose. A polymer shell covers it for comfort. Indispensable for long days to reduce fatigue.

The case closes with sturdy clips. Like the shoulder strap, the clips are adjustable to fit the thickness of your kitchen equipment contained in the kit.
