SABATIER cutlery has been making knives and Utensils since the 19th century in the Thiers basin. The purchase of a SABATIER knife is your guarantee of excellent quality equipment adapted to your work or your passion for cooking.
The company uses specific manufacturing processes depending on the type of knife. The steels used have properties that guarantee blade hardness and rust-resistance. Alloys are alloyed and then cast. All blades are heated to 1100°c and then cooled. They are then reheated at low temperature to prevent them from breaking due to the sudden change in temperature.
French know-how is highlighted by Sabatier's Cuisine d'aujourd'hui range.
The blade of this paring knife measures 7cm and is made of stainless steel, guaranteeing an anti-corrosion effect. Rust marks will not appear, so you can cook with complete peace of mind.
The blade runs halfway through the handle, known as the half-silk. The two rivets running through the handle ensure that the whole knife is even more solid.
This short, rigid blade means you'll have no trouble cutting your vegetables!
The material used for the handle is polymer: its properties make it very resistant over time, which is why it is often used in the culinary field.
The design of this range is rather sober, perfect for all types of kitchen, with black blending into any decor!
