The back of the blade has been softened to adapt the cutting surface to the specific gestures of chefs. Its bolster also features a new design, allowing the wire to be completely sharpened to guarantee perfect cutting quality.
The handle is made of black POM, a highly resistant synthetic material, particularly in the face of temperature variations and detergents. It features the Bactiproof Silver® treatment, which effectively fights bacteria. 3 stainless steel rivets secure the POM to the full tang blade (which extends to the end of the handle).
