This Miyabi chef' s knife (known as Gyutoh) is a product of the Japanese cutlery tradition. Its sharpness and comfort of use will stand the test of time.

What's more, the CRYODUR hardening process enhances the blade's already extreme hardness. In fact, it has undergone intense cooling down to -196°C.
