This243000 professional bleeding knife is part of the Colour Prof range, and features a NITRUM®stainless steel blade. This is an exclusive alloy developed by Arcos. In particular, it is enriched with nitrogen to make the blade highly resistant to corrosion.
Another guarantee of the blade's quality is its treatment: ICE PLUS technology. This consists of cold quenching (-80°) the steel after the usual hot heat treatment. This gives the blade superior hardness. As a result, it can reach a strength of 57HRC on the Rockwell scale. This is a very good compromise between exceptional sharpness and ease of maintenance.
The handle is made of sturdy polypropylene with a non-slip rubber coating. This design provides the comfort needed for prolonged work. And that's not all, it's completed by a Bactiproof Silver treatment. This system is designed to eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria and microbes on the handle surface.
Finally, each Colour Prof knife comes with a set of coloured pastilles to clip onto the end of the handle. This accessory allows you to distinguish Colour Prof knives according to your needs. In fact, you can assign a color to a function for easy identification.
