High-performance, technical knives
Sabatier Fuso Nitro+ knives have been designed for fast, efficient and pleasant cutting. They are therefore the allies of professional chefs who need performance on a daily basis. The steel used is 14C28N, a Sandvik steel renowned in the cutlery world for its durability. Enriched with nitrogen, it achieves a hardness of -+58/60 HRC on the Rockwell scale. This steel holds its edge better than standard steel (around 55 HRC), but is still easy to maintain, for example with a sharpening steel. The handle is also a notable feature of this range of Sabatier knives, as it is designed entirely in stainless steel. It is a perfect continuation of the blade, ensuring greater hygiene since no food can be inserted into the junction between the blade and the handle, and it is easy to clean (one swipe with a sponge and you're done). KnifeLeader even offers an exclusive Sabatier Fuso knife Bag featuring 5 ultra-efficient blades and an optimized, easy-to-carry Bag.
Beyond its technical performance, the Sabatier Nitro+ knife stands out with its modern, uncluttered style. There's no element too much, or too present a mix of materials: the Fuso Nitro+ knife exudes simplicity and purity. Its all stainless steel appearance guarantees a timeless look that will appeal to all cooks, professional and amateur alike.
