The SABATIER company has been designing knives and Utensils for many years in Thiers, the cutlery capital of France. Sabatier knives guarantee quality to suit your passion for cooking or work.
Cutlery uses different design processes depending on the knife to be produced. The steels used have properties that ensure both blade hardness and rust-resistance. The process will differ if the blade is forged or not, but all blades are heated to 1100°c and then immediately cooled. They are then heated to a low temperature to prevent them from breaking due to the thermal change.

The blade of this 11.5cm steak knife is micro-serrated and made of stainless steel. This steel protects the blade from corrosion, so you won't be bothered by potential traces of rust.
The blade runs halfway through the handle, known as the half-silk. Solidity is further enhanced by the two through rivets.
This steak knife will become a kitchen essential!
The material used for the handle is polymer: a highly resistant material much used in culinary circles.
The design of this range is rather sober, perfect for all types of kitchen, with black blending into any decor!
