Kotai knife

WHICH KOTAI KNIFE TO CHOOSE?

Kotai knives can be divided into 2 ranges: the Pakka range and the Kiritsuke range. All Kotai kitchen knives feature a 440C stainless steel blade, highly resistant to corrosion. With a hardness of 57 HRC on the Rockwell scale, the cutting edge is long-lasting and easy to sharpen. What's more, the blade is V-sharpened at a 15° angle for perfectly clean cuts without damaging the flesh of the food. Kotai Kiritsuke knives have ebony handles and are octagonal in shape, unlike Pakka knives, which have round pakkawood handles. In both cases, you'll feel at ease while working thanks to their optimal, comfortable grip! They also feature a stainless steel bolster and base, the latter engraved with the brand logo. These knives include the Kotai gyuto, the Kotai santoku and the Kotai couteau d'office. These different models allow you to be as versatile as possible in the kitchen, and to adapt to your cuts as best you can!

KOTAI KITCHEN ACCESSORIES

Kotai isn't just about kitchen knives! The brand has decided to diversify by offering complementary accessories. When buying a knife, some people like to complete their basket with a kitchen storage accessory or a sharpening accessory. That's why you'll also find an empty bamboo knife block with a magnetic surface. It's a practical yet stylish storage solution for your kitchen. You'll also find a sharpening kit to restore the edge of your blades. It includes a 1000/6000 double-sidedSharpening stone for regular blade maintenance, followed by a razor-sharp finish. The set is completed by a non-slip base, a flattening stone and a sharpening guide.
